“Let’s talk crazy book titles! Highlight one or two (or as many as you like!) titles in your personal collection that have the most interesting titles! If you can’t find any, feel free to find one on the internet!”

I found a crazy title in my book case tonight. The Lust Lizard of Melancholy Cove by Christopher Moore. I haven't read it, but if it is as amusing as the title I think I'll give it a try sometime. If you want more crazy titles all one needs to do is look up one of the books in the Confessions of Georgia Nicolson series.

How have your reading habits changed since you were a teen?

In terms of the genres I like to read nothing much has changed. I still like YA, Classics, Fantasy, Urban Fantasy, Horror, Crime, Thriller, and just plain fiction. I think I read more classics and Shakespeare as a teen than do now. Well I still read that genre, but it seems like I read it slower than before. My love for graphic novels, comic books, and manga didn't appear until my late teens and adult years. Right now I'm trying to get into more memoirs and non-fiction. Even though I've only read one memoir this year I want to read more.

If you could gather a handful of authors to hang out with,
who would you choose?

Gosh, this is a hard question? I would probably like to hang with Neil Gaiman. I follow him on Twitter and it is always endless fun, so I can imagine meeting him in person would be equally as amusing. Stephan King because who does want to know how he writes all those words for all those books. Wait he wrote a book about that. Well still he seems like he be cool to hang with for awhile. Then I'd have to say Laurie Halse Anderson and Gail Carson Levine because they've written some of my favorite YA books. Maybe Stephanie Meyer, not just because she started the Twilight craze, but because she seems like a fun personality in her interviews. Oh, and Scott Nicholson. I've emailed with him because he's sent me some books for review and did a guest post on the my blog, and he seems so nice. I'm sure I'll think of more later, but these are the ones that came to me off the top of my head. I'm not sure I'd have them all over for the same dinner party though. It might be a bit of a strange mix if I did.

I didn't start reading manga until last year, at twenty-two. I don't even think I knew it existed when I was a teen.

Have a great weekend!
